It depends on the house
Every home is different, so we quote each one for free instead of posting one price. These are the things that change the cost of a gutter cleaning.
Number of stories
A one-story home is the quickest. A two-story house takes more time and more ladder work, and three-story homes take the most. Gutter cleaning on a 2-story house is the most common job we quote.
How much gutter there is
Longer rooflines mean more feet of gutter to clean. Homes with lots of corners, dormers and downspouts take longer than a simple rectangle.
Trees and how long it's been
Gutters under pines or oaks that haven't been cleaned in a while are packed tighter and take longer. Pine straw on the roof also has to be blown off first, or it washes right back into the gutters.
Roof pitch and access
Steep roofs and hard-to-reach spots, like gutters over a deck or a steep slope, take extra care and equipment.
Add-ons
Many people add gutter brightening (removing the black streaks on the outside), a house wash, or window cleaning in the same visit, which saves a second trip.
How to save
If your gutters need cleaning two or more times a year, our gutter plan saves you from getting a new quote every time. For an exact price on your home, request a free quote or call (919) 884-8372.
