Restored brick porch steps after pressure washing

Service

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is reserved for durable surfaces — driveways, sidewalks, patios, concrete, brick, and commercial hardscape — where high pressure actually belongs.

How we do it

We match tip, pressure, and detergent to the surface so we lift dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and oxidation without etching concrete or scarring grout.

Best for

  • Driveways, sidewalks, and patios
  • Concrete and brick
  • Oil, clay, and heavy soil

On the job

  • Book it when the pad has oil spots, tire film, or green/black algae that sweeping will not move.
  • Shaded, slippery spots and a faded gray surface are the usual Triangle tells.
  • Dirt left in cracks keeps eating the slab. A clean pad is safer and lasts longer.
