Every option, its own page

Soft wash and pressure wash are not the same job. Neither is a kitchen contract, a Saturday driveway, or a December light hang. Pick the page that matches the surface.

SSS crew on a Triangle roof during a house wash

Soft Washing

Soft washing is the safe way to clean roofs, house siding, soffit, and painted surfaces. We use low pressure and a measured sodium-hypochlorite mix so mold, algae, and pollen let go without driving water behind the siding.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is reserved for durable surfaces — driveways, sidewalks, patios, concrete, brick, and commercial hardscape — where high pressure actually belongs.

Bright concrete driveway after a surface-cleaner pass

Concrete Driveways & Walkways

Triangle pollen, tire film, and mildew turn a driveway gray in one season. We restore concrete driveways, walkways, and patios so the house reads new from the street.

Gutter Cleaning

Clogged gutters overflow at the fascia, soak the foundation, and stain the siding we just washed. We clear troughs and downspouts so runoff leaves the house — not the basement.

Triple window after a spot-free wash

Window Cleaning

Interior and exterior glass, streak-free. Published quote is $10 a window and $5 a pane. Water-fed pole uses purified water and a soft brush from the ground so windows dry spot-free. Frames and seals stay intact. We work glass and siding up to 50 feet.

Wooden deck and outdoor living space

Wood, Deck & Fence

Wood is not concrete. We lift dirt, mold, and algae with sodium bicarbonate, then neutralize and brighten with oxalic acid so fibers are not blown out.

Commercial building exterior

Commercial Cleaning

We clean commercial exteriors, lots, and entries — gum, graffiti, vehicle fluids, and siding or glass up to 50 feet. Built for property managers who want one crew and a repeating schedule.

Commercial kitchen workspace

Food-Industry Kitchen Cleaning

Restaurant and commissary kitchens need a crew that can work after the line shuts down. Grease film, floors, and the surfaces health inspectors actually look at.

Commercial service and loading area

Trash Corral Cleaning

Trash corrals collect grease, leachate, and odor that the rest of the lot cannot hide. We clean pads, enclosures, and the splash zone on a contract route.

SSS crew on a Triangle roof line — the same elevations Christmas lights hang on

Christmas Lights

This is a pressure-washing company that also hangs Christmas lights. Same crew, same elevations we already wash — hang, take-down, or both.
