Plain language. This is a one-truck exterior cleaning company in Fuquay-Varina, not a marketplace. We keep only what we need to show up and finish the job.

What we collect on this site

• Name, email, phone, job address, and city — so we can confirm the slot and find the house.
• The service you picked, the date and time, and that you pay after the job.
• How you plan to pay (Square tap, cash, check, or Zelle at the job). That is a preference, not a card number.
• If you use the price-sheet address tool, we send the street you typed to public geocoders and county GIS (US Census address ranges, OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Overpass building outlines, Wake and Harnett County parcels when they apply) so we can return the correct city, heated living area, and a driveway estimate. That lookup is not stored unless you book. We do not pull owner names, and we do not send you to Zillow.
• If you write from the Contact page, we send that note to marcus@southernsurfacesolutionsnc.com and keep a copy in the job book so Marcus can reply. We do not run a marketing list on this site.

What we never collect here

We never collect a card number (PAN), CVV, Social Security number, or bank login on this website.

This website has no card fields and no online checkout. In the driveway, cards tap Square on the iPhone.

How payment actually works

• Square Tap to Pay runs on Marcus's iPhone 17 Pro in the driveway. The card never touches this website. Square handles the card data — we do not store it. The driveway add-on is Square's 2.6% + $0.15.
• Cash, check, or Zelle to Southern Surface Solutions LLC in person at the job. Not over text.
• This website has no card fields and no online checkout. In the driveway, cards tap Square on the iPhone.

Cookies and this website

This site uses only the cookies and storage it needs to run the booker and keep the owner planner signed in on this device. No ad trackers.

The live site is HTTPS at https://southernsurfacesolutionsnc.com. Your booking travels over an encrypted connection.

On-the-way tracking

We do not publish a live truck map. When Marcus taps On my way for your booked job, you get a private email link. That page shows his first name, your street, and the truck position from his phone — only while he is en route. The link is a random token, not your booking number. It expires when the job is marked done, or after a few hours. Other customers never see your address.

Who sees the booking

Marcus runs the job book. Finished work can be entered in QuickBooks Online for the LLC taxes — the stepson signs in on Intuit's page, not by typing a password into this site. We do not sell your information. Google reviews are optional and public if you leave one.

How long we keep it

Bookings stay as long as we need them to do the work, handle a callback, and keep the books for the LLC. Ask us to correct a name or address and we will.
