Soft Washing

Soft washing is the safe way to clean roofs, house siding, soffit, and painted surfaces. We use low pressure and a measured sodium-hypochlorite mix so mold, algae, and pollen let go without driving water behind the siding.

How we do it

Sodium hypochlorite (bleach) does the work — not a driveway blast. Plants and grass get sprayed before, during, and after so landscaping stays. We do not pressure-wash vinyl, fiber cement, or painted wood.

Best for

  • Roofs, siding, and painted surfaces
  • Vinyl and fiber-cement
  • Algae-stained elevations

On the job

  • High pressure can crack or strip siding and force water behind walls. Soft wash uses gentle flow plus chemistry.
  • DIY blasting often leaves mold and algae at the root, so the green comes back fast. We kill it, then rinse.
  • Keeps the elevation cleaner longer and protects paint, wood, and window seals.
