The published price sheet
Customers should not wait on a walkthrough to get a feel for the number. Run the same published cents. Public records miss a little — this is a starting idea, not a locked quote. SSS confirms the job.
Pay at the job — cash, check, or Zelle at the published price. Card tap on the iPhone in the driveway includes Square's fee. Zelle is in person at the job only — not over text. This site does not take payment.

Windows
$10 per window, $5 per pane. Tracks are not included — we can add them, quoted on site. Interior uses the same rates; we need access inside.

The size-band board stays. This sheet is the same shop as that board. Small jobs still have a published minimum ($329 house, $189 concrete) so a cottage does not print $80. We only walk the property when something is unusual: 3-story, steep roof, heavy oil, or access the map cannot see. Mileage is $2/mile past 30 miles from Fuquay-Varina.
Look up your address
Type the street. We only fill square footage when two public sources agree — the county tax card plus a building outline, or two independent outlines. If they disagree, the box stays empty so we do not invent a number. Outline the driveway if you want it in the idea.
