How we take payment
Pay at the job — cash, check, or Zelle at the published price. Card tap on the iPhone in the driveway includes Square's fee. Zelle is in person at the job only — not over text. This site does not take payment.
At the truck — Square
Square Tap to Pay runs on Marcus's iPhone 17 Pro in the driveway. The card never touches this website. Square handles the card data — we do not store it. The driveway add-on is Square's 2.6% + $0.15.
After SSS assigns the visit, pay after the job. Card tap is Square on the iPhone in the driveway. This website does not take payment.
Processing
Cash, check, and Zelle at the job are the published job price. Square tap at the truck includes the processor fee. This site does not take payment.
At the truck, Square's 2.6% + $0.15 is included in the tap total.
Cash, check, and Zelle at the job
Cash, a check payable to Southern Surface Solutions LLC, or Zelle in person at the job is the published job price — no processor add-on. Zelle is only while we are on site. We do not ask you to mail a check or Zelle a new number over text.
What we do not take
No payment on this website. No Zelle over text or from a stranger asking you to send first. No Apple Cash P2P. No card numbers typed into this website. If a text asks you to pay a different name, number, or app, call (919) 884-8372 first.
This website
- The live site is HTTPS at https://southernsurfacesolutionsnc.com. Your booking travels over an encrypted connection.
- This site uses only the cookies and storage it needs to run the booker and keep the owner planner signed in on this device. No ad trackers.
- The public site is for booking and questions. The owner planner is a private page and is not meant for customers.
- Fully insured — general liability and the work vehicle.
